It is pivotal that a proper TCM curative effect evaluation method was constructed so that experience of famous and experienced TCM doctors could be inherited and researched. The big data and cloud platform would provide technical support for the promotion of individual diagnosis ability and improvement of service mode, excavating the tacit knowledge at the same time. Under the background of big data era, network pharmacology has provided a new idea for the evaluation of the proved recipe. Mining the clinical experience of famous and experienced TCM doctors, ref i ning and further innovating the academic ideology would effectively elevate the level of clinical decision. The combination of the real world study with idea of big data to discuss the construction and of inheriting experience from famous and experienced TCM doctors could provide certain methodological reference in the study of modern famous and experienced TCM doctors’ experience.Key words: Famous and experienced TCM doctor; Clinical experience; Big data; Inheriting methodFunding: Program of Guangdong Provincial Off i ce of Science and Technology: Large Data Open Personalized Health Care Public Service Platform (No.2014B010118005)中医药治疗亚健康、慢性病和重大疾病等有显著的效果，名老中医学术思想与临床经验是中医药创新的源头活水，长期的临床经验探索，凝练了大量的有效方药和诊疗技术，尤为丰富鲜活，但缺乏系统的整理与挖掘，许多名老中医学术思想和经验传承仅仅停留在医案整理、学术思想探讨、方药和诊疗技术的总结，其成果未进行规范化评价，这极大制约了中医药继承、创新、转化与推广。
