Module 5 Unit1 There are forty.
一、教材分析
本节课是外研社新标准用书三年级起点五年级上册Module5 Unit2 There are forty. 本课教学内容是谈论数量。前一模块教学内容是过去是使用,而后一模块教学内容是can的用法,因此本模块与前后无衔接。本模块学习重点是数词。学生之前已经学习过一些数词,而本模块的学习重点是有一定规律的数词。并能将所学的知识充分融合,运用于日常生活。
二、学情分析
本课教学的对象是小学五年级的学生,根据儿童的心理和生理特征,他们正处于活泼好动的最佳学习英语时期。因此,在教学中,本人以学生为主体,为了给孩子创设一个真实的语言情景,贴近学生的日常生活和实际,在教学中设计了孩子喜欢的活动、游戏、韵句等,从而培养他们运用英语进行交际的能力,让学生体会到学习英语的乐趣。
三、教学目标
基于以上分析,我把教学目标设计为:
1、语言知识目标
(1)全体学生能理解:thirty,forty,fifty,sixty,seventy,eighty,ninety,happily,many
(2)全体学生能运用:happily,many以及2-4个自选数字
(3)部分学生能运用:there are以及其余数字
2、语言技能目标
(1)全体学生能听懂:There are forty.
(2)全体学生能说:There are forty.
(3)部分学生能运用:How many pupils are there in your class? There are forty.
(4)全体学生能认读:happily,many以及2-4个自选数字
3、能力目标
能熟练运用所学数字来谈论数量。
4、情感目标:培养学生开口说英语,认真听课的好习惯。并在学习和日常交际中,进一步注意到中外文化异同。
四、教学重点
学习重点是数词。学生之前已经学习过一些数词,而本模块的学习重点是有一定规律的数词。

七、教学过程
Step1 Warm-up and lead- in
1、Greetings
Greeting each other.
2、复习数字的表达
(1)Chant together
(2)拍手复习学过数字:1-20
[设计意图:师生一起做拍手动作复习学过数字的表达,愉快课堂气氛。]
3、Listen and look.
(1)Look at these numbers“What are numbers doing?”They are dancing happily.
[设计意图:引出新单词number,并强调numbers.]
[并引出新单词happyily,利用旧词happy发音,读出happily。]
4、Listen and chant .
(1)T:Who are they? They are numbers.
Listen and repeat.
(2)微课展示:数字学习规律
[意图:利用微课,营造情境,激发提高学生学习兴趣。本课我借助微课,创设具有吸引力的微课,将学生的学习兴趣激发出来。本微课集图片、声音、动画、文字于一体,对于目前课堂的设置教学气氛。 ]

[意图:第二遍听录音,理解课文。学习新知,操练句型。]

[意图:表演对话能促进对文本的理解,加深对语言的感悟;树立学生自信,提高心理素质;课堂表演为学生展示自己提供了一个很好的机会,表演后都会被热烈的掌声和鼓励声感染,即使是部分不自信的孩子,也会慢慢变得自信和勇敢,他们从原来站在台前害羞的自己成为现在面带笑容自信的自己,我想这便是课堂表演的独具魅力之处:帮助孩子们树立自信,走向更完满的自己。]

[意图:学生3人一组开展调查,并仿照示例进行问答。既能培养学生自信心,又能加深学生之间的感情。是对学生是否能准确、得体运用所学新语言做事情的直接反馈检测。是交际性运用环节,有交际的信息差,故答案不唯一。]
